kitchen counter of each property or you can download the application from this website (click on the rental application tab).
You can fax, mail, drop off, or e-mail (rnwi@frontier.com) applications to us. All of our information
is on the application. Q: Who has to complete an application? A: Each adult 17 years of age and older. Q: Is there an application fee? A: There is only an application fee if you are accepted for a property and it is due at move in.
There is no fee due to send in an application. Q: How long does it take to get my application approved? A: Two to three business days with proper verification. Q: How much is my deposit? A: A minimum of one month's rent. Q: How much do I need to move in? A: One month's rent, Security Deposit equal to a months rent at the minimum, There is no application
fee. There are pet deposits if you have a pet. Cashiers check, Debit card or Money order only. Q: Are pets allowed? A: Yes, upon prior approval and with refundable deposit of $300 for
the 1st pet and $100 for each additional. Q: Is there a lease? A: No, just a rental
agreement, which is month to month. Q: Do you allow smoking? A: No. All
units are non-smoking, Smoking is allowed outside only. Q: Do you accept housing? A:
Yes we do and other sorts of housing assistance. Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A:
Visa, Mastercard, Debit card,Check, Money Order.
