Q: How do I view a property?

A: Each available property has a lock box on the front door, Call (503) 946-1106 for the correct code.

Q: How do I get an application?

A: Applications are on the kitchen counter of each property or you can download the application from this website (Click on “Forms” tab). You can fax, mail, drop off, or e-mail (ResourcesNW@gmail.com) applications to us. All of our information is on the application.

Q: Who has to complete an application?

A: Each adult 18 years of age and older.

Q: Is there an application fee?

A: There is a nonrefundable application fee of $45 per adult that is due upon submitting for us to be able to process your application(s).

Q: How long does it take to get my application approved?

A: Three to five business days with proper verification.

Q: How much is my deposit?

A: A minimum of one month’s rent. Subject to change upon reviewing report(s).

Q: How much do I need to move in?

A: One month’s rent, Security Deposit equal to a months rent at the minimum,  $45 application fee per adult. There are pet deposits if you have a pet. Cashiers check, Debit card or Money order only.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes, upon prior approval and with nonrefundable deposit of $350 per Dog plus $50 per dog monthly rent and $250 per Cat (flat rate fee regardless of breed/size)

Q: Is there a lease?

A: No, just a rental agreement, which is month to month.

Q: Do you allow smoking?

A: No. All units are non-smoking, Smoking is allowed outside only.

Q: Do you accept housing?

A: Yes we accept all official housing assistance.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Visa, Mastercard, Debit card, Check and Money Order.
